Director
Anna Fassano, CEM Founder and President of A. Fassano & Company, will take an active role in the overall success of your exhibit and sponsorship programs for the duration of our relationship. Anna is a veteran in trade show management and marketing, and she holds the designation of Certified Exposition Manager. Her experience ranges from medical to trade and consumer shows in the domestic and international markets.
Exhibit Management Department
The Exhibit Manager functions as your key contact. In fostering partnerships with your exhibitors, the exhibit manager serves as the liaison with your industry contacts. As an integral part of your meeting, they are responsible for the daily pre-show and on-site operation elements of your trade show. They work with you yearlong to provide assistance via site visits, assist in the development of you floor plan, coordinate your booth assignment process and manage your priority points system.
The Exhibit Coordinator assists the team in all operational aspects of exhibit management including on-site exhibitor registration, saily application processing, and accounts payable and receivable.
Sales & Marketing Department
The department performs ongoing market research and lead source analysis supported by outbound telemarketing, direct response mail, and cutting-edge electronic marketing to specifically build a qualified lead database and increase exhibit and sponsorship sales. The entire team works closely to develop and execute an integrated marketing plan. They share the latest developments in a given industry to ensure marketing strategy and sales goals stay on target.
The Associate Director Business Development oversees functions of the Sales & Marketing Department, and is responsible for directing research, coordinating sales strategy, and identifying the markets that are key to your success. They will work with you to develop sponsorship and support programs and package customization. They are responsible for creating corporate inroads and maintaining personal communication with your clients and prospects. This is your point contact in developing your market strategies and implementing your action timelines.
The Sales & Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for communication in print, electronic media, and on-line content. They work with you to customize your message and provide innovative content utilizing the latest technology. They assist in creating your marketing campaigns and delivering consistant, concise information to your clients. Your branding guidelines and government compliance issues are integrated throughout all processes. Specialized electronic lead tracking reports are produced weekly and used to drive daily telemarketing. This is your primary contact for all design, production and delivery from printed prospectuses to internet websites and e-mail.
